Test Lead – London
Samrays is looking
for a test lead with experience of leading testers in a hands-on
manner. You would need to have experience of test tools/automated test.
You would work very closely with development team and would possess
excellent communication ability and have around 4 years prior test/QA
experience containing some leadership.
The role will cover
test management, production of test plans, scripts test data, test
reports and metrics. Testing, team leading (including integration
testing and the testing of infrastructure and interfaces), planning &
reporting, testing metrics and some client interface. You should be good
in motivating, coaching and mentoring teams. Experienced at maintaining
the stability and integrity of testing environments. A good
understanding of the SDLC and the role and purpose of testing. The
ability to complete testing within schedule constraints.
Desired
skills/Experience: a desire to help establish and maintain
documentation. A desire to work in a friendly and open team environment.
Ability to operate in an environment of continual change. Client
focused.
